I have used the Full Body Cleanse a few times this year and it truly works if you stick to the RAW diet. I lost 16lbs the first time and subsequently used it to cleanse and get me back on schedule and still lost 5 -6 lbs each time. It gives you a sense of peace and really takes away the cravings. It may be a little rough at the beginning because you are thinking about the foods that are not the best for your body but by Day 4 it gets a lot easier to handle and it gets exciting because you can get creative with the RAW diet. The ebook is great too I have it also. *
