At first I thought this to be just another one of those "Quick Fix" "ooops didnt work for me:" product. The segment I saw on the Steve Harvey show didn't seem script at all and I was convinced. Although I workout 5-6 time a week hitting plateaus numbers more than I like, I thought to give this a try as a jump start. Amazed that I was able to "first" handle taking the pills (5 at a time) go and do Vegan meals and actually liked it with benefits of loosing weight without going hungry or feeling cheated. This is my 5th time on the FBC. I have been fasting, cleansing and detoxing for over 25 years. I like this one the best. The raw food diet was new to me so I learned how to enjoy raw food. I have even used the recipes on the Dherbs website. Zucchini noodles with cilantro pesto is my favorite. My brother will be trying it for the first time. Great cleanse, I was 5’7” 187lbs, before I started my first cleanse. I lost 13lbs with no exercise and I had a few cheat days. My blood pressures were better and my headaches completely disappeared. I just reordered my second 20 day cleanse and I plan to exercise this time around. I’m hoping to lose 20-30lbs. I didn’t realize I needed to buy the maintenance package during my 1st cleanse, and as a result I gained 10lbs back. I plan to incorporate that this time around as well. Excellent! I have used this before. Lost weight, felt lighter and more energetic. I did have some nausea the first few days but I drank lemon water and it helped to minimize it. It was a little difficult taking pills six times a day but I packed my items the night before and it made it much easier to manage. the results are worth it!!! *

Cleanse works great hard to eat only raw vegan but great cleanse. Took the first few days off to get use to my body adjustment from the cleanse but after that its becomes a habit and gets easier. It also help get rid of carvings and bad habits after cleanse is complete slowly introduce food back, slow is the key. *
