I was very skeptical at first about this product but after the second day I realized it had been the nest decision ever. Not only did I become less bloated and more regular but I also gained so much energy. Not to mention the 15 pounds I lost which was a lot being only 130 pounds. Wow! I used to do the Master Cleanse 2-3 times a year until I got tired of not eating, and drinking the salt water to release. This cleanse is by far very doable because I get to eat.
