I wasn't sure what to expect of the full body cleanse when I decided to try it, but I hoped for the best, and that is exactly what I got. The cleanse has done wonders. I lost over 15 pounds. I am on the last day of the Full Body Cleanse. I feel great, lost 8 pounds and have slept so well. I have appreciated just eating raw foods and will not go back to my old diet. I have appreciated letting go of some old habits and will be very selective in what I will add back into my diet. I am going to continue with the herbs that will help with my high blood pressure.(It is already down from the cleanse). *
