After completing the cleanse, I have more energy than I have ever had in my adult life. My husband who is very athletic and a lot healthier than I, went out for our normal afternoon walk and even he noticed that my pace was extremely faster. I was not short of breath and was able to even jog about a half mile to raise my heart rate. My mood is even better and I have been able to decrease my medication dose. This cleanse did exactly what I hoped it would. I wanted to get a handle on my eating, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight and the formula did all of that. I lost 9 lbs and feel great.
