I was nervous about no cooked food for 20 days, but I made it! I actually had a lot of energy and aching muscles went away. I lost 13.5 pounds with just eating on plan and taking herbs. If one follows the recommendations and help provide by Dherbs the cleansing is very do able. By no means is it easy at the beginning however after the initial withdrawals it is very easy to follow.
