I have done the Full Body Cleanse Kit. Before using this product I had a doctors exam where I needed to do blood work. My liver levels where a little on the high side. So, I did the Full Body Cleanse to lose some weight; after the Full Body Cleanse I had to do a follow-up with my doctor. I did blood work again and when my doctor called to tell me my results I was amazed with the results; she told me all of my levels were normal including my liver. I have so much energy now. I plan to do the Full Body Cleanse twice a year. *

I usually do this full body cleanse regime once or twice a year. Always with great results. This round I lost 12.5 lbs, 3% body fat (per home scale) and more than one belt loop. (211.5 -_ 199lbs) I do not follow the raw diet to a T, but stay with small portions throughout the day with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean meats (poultry, fish, pork). No dairy (except yogurt), alcohol, breads/grains, red meat, processed/junk food. May have one reasonable cheat meal a week. I also try to get in at least 3 cardio workouts a week. Going to give the weight release cleanse & regimen a go as well this time. Looking to get to 185# with continued diet, exercise and some help from dherbs. *

Ok keeping it real, do not start this cleanse if you are not a raw veggie eater. First find a meal plan that works for you before starting. Now on to the Full Body Cleanse itself, it is great I lost 13 pounds and was going back to the doctor to be put on meds for diabetes and when I went back to the two week follow up I have made a complete turn around and it is all thanks to this 20 day cleanse. The first week was hard but after that it was a breeze. I have to say I have try to eat two meals after the cleanse and it does not feel right so I think I will stay raw also you get filled so fast because your body is not use to eating so much food. So all in all it has changed my life. Thank you! *
