I was finally able to get this cleanse and I am so glad I did. I can totally feel a difference in how I sleep and how my body feels since starting the Full Body Cleanse and I like it. So far I have lost a total of 15 pounds but I still have a week to go. Once my 20 days are complete I will be purchasing the Weight Release Cleanse so keep my momentum going. These are great products and recommend this for anyone! *

The Full Body Cleanse works and I was very pleased! I lost 18 pounds and that was without exercising. The first several days were tough, I didn't think I was going to be able to finish out the cleanse. Eventually, my body got use to it. Things that I once craved I didn't crave anymore. Next time I will better prepare myself mentally and physically; I wasn't fully prepared last time. I am preparing to do another round of the cleanse in a couple weeks. This time I will definitely incorporate exercise for better results. I anticipate on losing 20-25 pounds. Recently, I was listening to WDAS fm and a lady mentioned that she did the entire cleanse, drank only water and exercised a few times a week and lost 25 pounds. That motivated me to do the cleanse again and I am actually very excited. *
