This Full Body Cleansing works wonders. My first two weeks, I was in head strong and every other day, I will eat baked chicken with salad. I released 10 pounds I started at the weight of 175 dropped down to 165 and bought the Maintenance Package. Now, and I released 5 pounds on that on.
