I am happy with the Full Body Cleanse. I only did It for 2 weeks due to having minor surgery and had to eat a little more but I lost 6lbs the first week. I will be continuing shortly. Because of the FBC I have changed my eating habits and have lost a total of 9lbs.I thought it was going to be hard but it gets a little easier every day. *

I just have to say that the Full Body Cleanse is the best product that I ever purchased. As a nurse I see the many side effects of medications. This had no negative side effects for me I felt my energy level increasing and saw my skin becoming clearer. I didn't feel as hungry and my sugar cravings were nonexistent which is amazing.... * *

The first week was so hard for me to stop my bad habit eating. Will power was the key to make it to the second week which showed tremendous results in energetic days and nights. I feel so positive about my health. I breathe better, eat better, and feel great. Good day I did the Full Body Cleanse and it was excellent. The problem was me. I did not continue to eat right. I enjoyed it so much that the many family and friends I told about it has enjoyed it as well. My daughter is now doing the female cleanse. I will order 2 more Full Body Cleanses. It is a good product. Looking forward to the positive results. *

I really enjoyed cleansing my body with this 20 day Full Body Cleanse detox. I completed the 10 day cleanse about a year ago and wanted to try the 20 day. The first couple of days I experience a really bad headache but that went away around day 3 or 4. I started feeling as if I could not get past day 10 because I had no energy. I added some super greens powder to my morning smoothie, which seemed to help get me through the remaining 10 days. I must say the last 10 days were a breeze once I added some additional greens to my diet. I didn't lose as much weight as I expected, only 2 pounds but I really don't have much water weight or waste impacted in my body, so I'm think this is the reason. I stuck to the plan by making green and fruit smoothies for breakfast, consumed my recommended water intake daily, my lunch consisted of salad with kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, mixed greens and a raw homemade salad dressing. My dinner wasn't much because I didn't feel hungry at night. I took my daily supplements and drank the charcoal water at night. I snacked on fruits and raw nuts during the day if I felt hungry and consumed herbal tea. I plan to do the detox again right before the Thanksgiving holiday and hopefully my I will see better weight results. I just wish I had better meal plans and counted my calories. I continued to worked out by weight training and included cardio during the 20 days and again only lost 2 pounds and I'm sure a few inches but nothing drastic. Anyways....glad I did the detox and look forward to cleansing again. *

I had a very positive experience with the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 18 pounds in the 21 day process. The first few days was hard for me but after the third day I notice my appetite decrease my energy level was good and I felt good. I was extremely surprise to realize it's been a year since I used the fully body cleanse. My goal at that time was to do a cleanse every six months. I probably didn't cause of not having funds. But I am looking forward to giving myself the cleansing that I need again at this time. This will help to jump start my healthy eating again. Thank you Dherps. *

This product is AWESOME. I was very nervous about doing the cleanse. I did not start it right off because I was not mentally ready. I finally prayed about it and I conquered the cleanse. I lost 21 lbs and I had tons of energy and I felt good and slept like a baby. I received so many compliments on my skin and how clear and bright it looked. Great product.
