My boyfriend and I did the Full Body Cleanse together so we could support each other and hold each other accountable. I must say it was very easy in the beginning as we LOVE fruits and vegetables. Towards the end I started to think I wasn't going to make it as I was having a hard time finding some types of dips to eat with my fruits. But I did make it. He lost 18 pounds and I lost 16! He did this cleanse last year and lost 22 so I decided to try it with him. In addition to the weight lost I can testify that I felt lighter, energetic, my digestive system was not giving me any gasses or bloating or nausea anymore as I was experiencing in the past.
