This is my first time using DHerbs Full Body Cleanse and I have 2 days left till completion. Eating only raw vegetables and fruits for 20 days is difficult (for me) however, I had a strong desire to finish what I've started and most importantly believe this for myself in order to tell someone else what it's done for me and possibly do for them. My entire office, family and friends are watching me and lately have been complimenting me on my natural glow and visible weight loss. I have not weighed myself so I can't say how much I weigh but I will write another review as soon as I find out. The biggest thing for me was my blood pressure. I'm 45 and have been dealing with high blood pressure for about 2-3 years now. I did not want to get on medication but had no choice as my range were ridiculously high, and as a result would have me feeling jittery along with really bad headaches. After being on the cleanse for 10 days and no medicine, I did not see any changes in my BP range so I called a rep. I was very irritable and HUNGRY I might add so I came across very snippy and probably angry however, she was very calm, and reassuring. (Thanks Beverly, I think that's her name). She told me to give it some time as I've had years of meds and not so healthy eating that the cleanse will not work overnight. I am pleased to say that my BP is finally normal; maybe even a little low but not dangerously low. I feel cleansed, a little tired but I haven't been doing everything included in this regimen like drinking enough water, and forgetting to use that activated charcoal before bedtime. Other than that, I feel awesome! I will continue to eat healthy and will be cleansing as often as I can. For those who are reading these reviews, try it! We are what we eat so choose to be healthy. I probably could have done a lot better if I've done EVERYTHING but what I've done has definitely made me a believer. Oh, prior to this cleanse I was weighing 168-170 (the highest)...stay tuned. ☺ *

The first three days were the worst for me because it was extremely hard to go without caffeine. I was determined to stick it out and I'm very happy that I did. I had more energy and I slept better. I lost a total of 14 pounds. I will definitely incorporate this cleanse at least once a year. This Full Body Cleanse was the jumpstart to living a healthier lifestyle. *

I took the Full Body Cleanse last summer and I saw results in just a few days. Stomach started shrinking and skin becoming more clear. I did not take it for the full straight 20 days which is why I have ordered another Full Body Cleanse so I can get the full benefits. I am going to do it for the full 20 days non stop this time.
