I am 8 days in on my full body cleanse. I find it to be a great product, my first day taking the first set of pills my body felt rejuvenated. I'm no longer experiencing tingling in legs. Fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and raw nuts currently replace my daily protein and vegetables meal plan. Its been a little difficult remembering to drink the charcoal powder before bedtime.
