Purchased this cleanse as an additional step in my journey to optimum health. I had an amazing time on this cleanse. I feel I must say this first though, I had already begun transitioning to an entirely raw diet composed mostly of fruits over the past 3 months so eating raw and taking the supplements wasn't as difficult for me as it would be for someone who eats mostly cooked foods. This cleanse just seemed like the next step on my journey from plant based to raw plant based. I also lost some weight while on the cleanse and plan to purchase the cleanse again because I gained so much energy while cleansing. *

The full body cleanse is truly life changing. It completely got rid of my sugar cravings. You won’t miss junk food because you won’t want it. *

I did this cleanse about a year ago and had great results. I do not recall exactly how many lbs I lost exactly, but I ended up looking and feeling so much better. I was a total caffeine junky before this cleanse and by the time it was completed I was totally rid of my caffeine addiction! Buying the cleanse again to feel healthy going into summer 2020! *

This is my 3rd time doing the full body and I'm realizing is that I truly feel better when I am eating and living the raw lifestyle. The herb are easy to take and never hurt my stomach. First few days were difficult with knowing you can’t eat cooked food. So worth it though. Avocados were my go to raw food of choice. My husband and I did it together and we felt great. Our aches in our joints were gone. We will be doing this Full Body Cleanse at least 1-2 times per year, if not more. Highly recommend this cleanse to everyone. *

Wow! This full body cleanse was simply amazing! I originally heard about it via the Steve Harvey morning radio/ tv show & through other people. What finally pushed me to give it chance was being OVER feeling sluggish & tired from the unhealthy processed food I was consuming. In addition, I was going to be part of my closest girlfriend wedding and wanted to look snatched! Especially being that I was going to have few custom made dresses for the wedding. So I convinced my girlfriend who was getting married to join along with me. The first week was rough in getting accustomed to taking so many capsules, but found it easier to consume by washing it down with a smoothie throughout the day than with water. Week two was more so trying keep thing interesting because salads were getting boring and I was honestly missing cooked foods. Looking back in hindsight, I’m so glad to have done this with someone. It was nice to be able to share different ideas, experiences, and frustrations.There were times we would keep each other motivated, especially on week three. For anyone struggling during the FBC, I suggest to head over to the Dherbs recipes section and look through to find meals weekly to stay inspired during the journey. Also check out different raw vegan meal on YouTube if need be. With having a open mind, I’ve tried some foods I’ve wouldn’t have thought I would like, as well as trying some thing I would eat again. I’m proud to say at the end of 20 days, I lost 12lbs, had increased energy and mental clarity, better skin, and a flatter belly.
