Bowel Motion keeps my 19 year old daughter regular; by the way she is not a bad eater either. She had surgery on her stomach when she was a baby twice. She takes 1-2 pills a day of Bowel Motion and the toilet doesn’t get stopped up. I refuse to use anything that isn’t from the earth. No prescription pharmacy doctor medication. Bowel Motion is one of my favorite products and I try not to use it often. I use this with the colon and digestive tract formula when I need a good clean out. It's like a laxative without the cramping. However, I don't use it often. Very good product and I would highly recommend it. Try at your own risk and you won't be disappointed. *

I struggle daily with going to the bathroom. I took 3 of these capsules before I went to bed like I've seen ppl suggest and within the first hour or so I went to the bathroom. I got a bit of cramping but I think it's because I'm so backed up. Other than that, I love it and I will be buying it again this week coming up. *

I've tried a few "bowel"/"colon cleanses" before and was pleasantly surprised with the results. No awful side/pre effects (I.e.; cramps, rumbling, gas, etc...). As long as you're amply hydrated the relief will be natural and not inopportune rushed/urgent. Point blank it does what it's supposed to do. *
