I tried this after the 20 day full body cleanse. It worked better than expected. In less than 2 months I'm down a total of 30lbs using both the full body cleanse and the weight release cleanse. I am very happy and would recommend this product to anyone!!!!! I am going to do another round of the 20 day cleanse and keep pushing until i reach my goal. Folks, this is the real deal. I ordered this weight release cleanse to give me the upper hand in a work place weight loss competition. I was able to loose a little over 30 pounds in about a month, putting me in second place. The first couple of days were a little rough, but after that it was easy sailing. So happy there was no charcoal with this cleanse. Overall, this was a lot harder for me as I did my best to stick to it as close as possible. Especially with taking a weeks break between cleansing. I immediately started this once I felt myself slacking. So weight cleanse to the rescue and it put me back on track by drinking the master cleanse beverage in the morning after increasing my water content of 2 liters a minimum a day. I definitely see a difference in inches. My stomach is getting that six pack I always dreamed of. I see it evolving. I can’t wait to follow up with the maintenance package. *
