I lost 12 pounds! I know I could have lost more but I couldn’t stay away from pizza, bread and cheese ... I will definitely do the full body cleanse again, once I have more discipline.... if I could lose 12 well cheating I know I could lose way more if I actually follow the diet. My goal is to first try the raw diet for at least 7 days then reorder the full body cleanse. *

My Husband and I did the cleanse together at first I though it would be weird but it was not, it was actually very good we did it together we supported each other and was able to share information. I was waiting for the "right" time to cleanse with my schedule. While others were/are gaining the COVID 15, I went in the opposite direction. This is my 2nd time completing the full body cleanse & it was easier for me than the 1st one (a couple years ago). It's just the boost I needed, as I had already changed my diet to plant based approximately 2 months prior. I drank only distilled (50 oz) & alkaline water (50 oz) as suggested (somehow I missed that info the 1st time around). Don't be surprised if you end up with a pimple or two; it means the cleanse is working. I'm definitely feeling lighter, more energized, & my skin is clearer than it was before the cleanse. I highly recommend the full body cleanse! *

I absolutely LOVE the full body cleanse! I did this cleanse late last year along with my significant other so we could motivate one another during the process. The benefits have been amazing for us, we feel like younger adults. Some of medical conditions no longer required to take routine medications as previous. The diet was definitely a challenge, but anything that is worth having requires a sacrifice. I recommend this product all the time to my colleagues, friends and family.
