I have consistently been using the Bowel Mover supplements for about 2-3mths. I must admit that they are gentle enough for me to take for life. I have no cramps, upset stomach or discomfort of any kind. It helps me produce a very natural BM and each and everyday. I take 3 supplements each morning just after my workout. I am guaranteed a BM each day. I think there has only been once or twice that I have taken them and didn't get a response from the supplements.
