This is my 13th day of the cleanse and I’ve lost 14 lbs. so far and many inches around my stomach! This cleanse really works! It’s a challenge following the diet, however, you get use to it by the 3rd day. I am sleeping better, have more energy and just all around feel good! I plan to do this every six months. This is definitely a keeper! *
