The full body for me feeling more energetic and less tired. I love this product. Makes me wanna buy another one. I have posed 15 pounds. But I believe if I do another round I’ll look about 20 more. I just ended the 20 day cleansed and it did me good, feel much better and healthier. Lost 10 kg and have less appetite. Learned a lot about good food and staying away form processed food. I'll be honest I was scared to start this cleanse. I thought I'd have to go to the bathroom uncontrollably but that wasn't the case at all. It's very manageable. I set a timer on my phone to take the pills (the pill container is so helpful). There is a high frequency of urination due to drinking a lot of water. I didn't take off from work and took most of the pills while at work. Never had an accident. Around the midpoint I noticed I released so much more waste than usual.. a volume I've never seen before.. I feel so clean.. I lost a total of 10 pounds. Yes the diet is challenging but it's worth it. I highly recommend this cleanse. *

The hardest part was keeping up with the pill's, if all five pills could be combined into on pill it would help out a lot. That way I would only have to take on pill every two to three hours. *

I believe it did what I was looking to do—reset my desire for bad foods and get a jumpstart on my weight loss. The first 10 days I lost 9 pounds. the last 10 days I lost 1-2pounds. My eating stayed consistent and I barely worked out..maybe once.
