I absolutely love the full body cleanse. I’ve done it several times, my first time using the cleanse by the end of the cleanse I could really feel a difference in my knees and feet. I was having a lot of problems with my feet with planters fasciitis and heel spurs and even my knees was bothering me a lot and by the end of the cleanse I was not having any problems with those areas in my feet. Even to this day and it’s been maybe a year or two I still don’t have the discomfort in my feet that I had. I believe is from doing the full body cleanse but I’ve also done it a few times which I just love it. I did my first cleanse in January of 2020. Not only not did I lose weight but I genuinely felt better. I was more energized, my skin was glowing and my face wasn’t puffy. I can’t wait to start my second cleanse next month!!! In my experience, the first week was an adjustment. My typical diet consisted of fast food and junk. The biggest hurdle was getting used to an all raw diet. In the process of the cleanse, I fell in love with just eating raw fruits and veggies. I also mastered making some raw salad dressings and “sweets”. *
