When I first started to take the Bowel Motion, for the first 3 days I urinated A LOT! Then I started to experience gas, bloating and cramps. I did eliminate the first day of taking it but the first 2 weeks were very uncomfortable, my stomach always felt as if I just got off a roller coaster and I felt nauseated often. However, I did eliminate 2 or 3 times a day. Around week 3 I felt energized and the cramps, gas, bloating and nauseated feeling went away. I am using the Bowel Motion along w/ the Virgo Formula and the Kidney Formula (I drink a lot of coffee). I would recommend this product for those that have issues eliminating daily, but I would advise that you will experience some discomfort at first. My routine consist of taking the Virgo Formula in the mornings and the Bowel Motion when I get home from work and the Kidney Formula before bed. Taking the Bowel Motion when I get home from work allows it to digest (some of the herbs in the formula take 8 to 12 hours to take effect), so when I awake I eliminate at home and not at the gym or work. *
