I wanted to see if I completed the full body cleanse would I lose 30 pounds in 20 days. I am not a vegetarian so I found it very hard to stick to eating just raw vegetables. But for the 20 days I stuck to the vegetarian diet and completed the cleanse. I didn't lose 30 pounds but I did lose 20 pounds.
