I found the 10 Days Electric Greens Combo Regimen to be very gentle and rejuvenating. Afterwards I felt very clear in my mind, body and spirit. *

So on the first day of this cleanse, I weighed 154 lbs. I'll tell anyone that it was a challenge eating raw foods for an entire 10 days, to top it off, I had visited New York for 24 hours for my grandmother. As day 10 was finished I felt a whole lot more energized. I don't even need caffeine anymore. On the other hand though, it was a little annoying that almost as soon as I get off the cleanse, now I'm having respiratory issues. So I checked this morning about my weight, I LOST 6 lbs (148 lbs). This was a worthy cleanse and I definitely recommend it for those beginning their cleanses. In the future I will be either doing the respiratory cleanse or the Full Body Cleanse. First time using this greens cleanse, always did the Full Body Cleanse, but I wanted to add some strength after the cleanse. Tried this and I felt it immediately.
