While I personally released more weight and achieved better hunger/craving control using the 20 Full Body Cleanse, I did release 15 lbs on the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. However, there's something in the Weight Release Formula that made my nails grow like crazy! During the cleanse I had to maintain my fingernails weekly. They were long and strong! *

I used the Weight Release Cleanse a few weeks after completing the Full Body Cleanse. While I lost weight on the full body cleanse, I found that I lost more body fat rather than weight during the weight release, which is still a huge plus. The hardest part of the weight release cleanse was the bowel motion. I workout around 5 in the morning, and there were times I would have to stop and run to the restroom or if I'm driving I'd have to pull over at a gas station. There is NO holding it til you get home with this supplement, so I had plan to be near a bathroom during early morning hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product and would definitely do it again. *

The weight release really works! First the concept is a much better way to "lose" weight is to release it instead. It was challenging to keep up with the pill regiment, but I dropped 20 lbs quickly. I could tell the positive effects on my lungs/breathing and other vital organs. It also inspired me to stay with a raw food regiment as a lifestyle change. I highly recommend it for people committed to a new way of living. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen made things easier while doing a raw vegan diet. My goal was to lose 30lbs but I lost about 17 doing everything this system called for. I did experience cramping throughout the night while taking number 7 of the cleanse. For the amount of effort I expected more weight loss but I'll contribute that to not getting enough water throughout the night. *

I'm a recent cancer survivor and wanted a product that was all natural to assist me in losing weight and the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was just the thing I needed! I lost a total of 12 pounds, it probably could have been more, but there were days I'd forget to take the pills with me to work or I'd eat something outside of the plan. Nonetheless, this was an awesome plan! It was a little difficult for me to follow, because of the type work I do, but all in all, I achieved some weight loss. I'll definitely purchase this product again and I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. *
