I am on Day 15 of the Full Body Cleanse, I have no problem taking the pills there is a pill case that comes with your order which helps I feel energetic sleep was a problem before the Cleanse but now I sleep throughout the night. And let's talk about my appetite I have none no sugar cravings which just blow me away I am not hungry at all so there is no way I cheat. I have a friend and we take pictures of our smoothies and our raw salads I feel. AMAZING I have more weight to lose so I will do another round. I believe the Full Body Cleanse was part of my healing of granulomas in my lungs. The doctor wanted me to take Steroids, however, I choose to search for alternative health remedies. This is the real thing. Lots of pills to take but definitely cleans you out. I lost 5-6 pounds during those 20 days. Possibly could have lost more but I didn’t eat only raw foods. I'm 52 years young and this was my first ever full body cleanse. I give myself a B+ when it came to following the raw food diet recommendation. To be fair, I didn't eat terribly on this plan; I just ate a little meat or wilted vegetables here and there. Otherwise, this was a great experience!
