Very pleased, I used the cleanse a few years ago and was very satisfied and decided I needed to get my body back in balance so I did it with the cleanse! *

This was an exceptional product. I stuck to it and lost 31 pounds. I learned new recipes and was fully satisfied with eating. I do admit that the last three days I was either bored with my meals or simply just not hungry so I pushed myself to eat especially because I workout 4 days a week and wanted to ensure I would last during my workout. Which was no problem even with minimal food because FBC had me energized. Listen, the charcoal is the boom. I was glad to take the formulas and be intentional to speak to my body parts (yes I said that) to release the toxins and anything else that was not useful for my body! I shared the product and my friend will purchase it soon. I plan to do it with her so I will purchase my second FBC soon. It was amazing and I felt amazing afterwards. Upon starting the cleanse, I did not notice anything immediately. Towards week two, I noticed more energy, I have a calmer demeanor, and my sleep pattern has gotten a whole lot better.
