The full body cleanse was good. It worked for me considering there were so many pills to take per day. I did not lose the amount of weight I wanted so I am on the maintenance plan to continue to do so. Never got tired of eating the raw veggies. Overall this is a good cleanse for your body, I highly recommend it! *

The cleanse works great if you follow the directions. The first three days were my biggest challenge but the instructions made it easily to follow. I noticed a major change in my skin and mind clarity. My energy levels have also improved. I weighed myself at the beggining and at the end of the cleanse - starting at 217 lbs. and ending at 199 lbs. My goal is 190 lbs - I’m getting there! I would advice that you plan your meals in advance. The cleanse has helped me transition to an 80% vegan diet. Each person is different and will each have their own journey.
