I started the Full Body Cleanse the first day of summer. It was during the 4th of July, BBQ time, and all types of good cookout food were going on. When I started the cleanse in June and by the time the 4th of July came, I had no desire for any BBQ or anything. That was a perfect time to challenge myself to stay focused. I actually enjoyed not eating that type of holiday food. I made my own raw vegan holiday foods, and the Full Body Cleanse sushi was great! I enjoyed preparing the creative recipes the Full Body Cleanse provided. I am learning so much about eating vegan. I am a healthy eater with a few snacks on the side. You know I wasn't focused on losing weight, I wanted to cleanse my body from all the impurities and parasites in my body, BUT I did lose 12 pounds in the process of completing the cleanse, which was even better. I'm sure I could have lost more had I worked out, but I just did my daily walking with my dog for the most part. I feel way better now than I did before. I'm clear with my thoughts, my skin is bright, and I don't have a desire for those snacks anymore. I love this product and I highly recommend others to try it at least once to feel the goodness of cleansing your mind and body and the joys of eating healthy. Everybody is different, so of course, you will get different results, but once you try it once, you will be back for more. I'm on to the maintenance package now. This product works wonderfully. I have tried many cleanses and Full Body Cleanse does not cause stomach cramping. The product comes with step-by-step instructions, so you can't go wrong. The only thing I have a problem with is the charcoal pack. It is not very tasty, but it is charcoal. I have not had any bad reactions from this program and will continue taking it to cleanse my body. Overall, I really like this product, and it works very well for me and my schedule. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! I lost 10 lbs and it gave me a lot of energy. At first it seemed like a lot of pills but you get used to it. I felt healthier taking these herbs. The vegan diet was a little challenging but I didn't give up. I want to do this cleanse every month. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends. I was really concerned about taking so many capsules, but from the first day, I felt energized. The capsules aren't huge, and their encasing made them easy to swallow. I never had any nausea, cramping, or anything from the capsules. I did empty out my system A LOT, and it really helped with my digestion, which was my main reason for even doing the Full Body Cleanse. I ate a variety of raw veggies, raw fruits & veggies, smoothies, NO meat, dairy, or sugar. I thought it was going to be really hard because I LOVE bread and sugar, but it's been 3 weeks since I concluded the cleanse, and I'm still keeping with the "dietary" regimen that I used during the cleanse. Although there are a lot of pills to take daily, the supplements in the Full Body Cleanse help to cleanse your system without pain. I was able to experience a total of 15 lb weight loss, improved rest, increased energy, and an overall feeling of wellness. I have modified my eating habits and plan to maintain my progress through the maintenance plan. *
