#1 Detox I've ever tried. Before I began the Full Body Detox I was dealing with seasonal allergies, head congestion, coughs, puffy & watery eyes etc. I began the Detox and within 3 days I TOTALLY forgot about my allergies until I had a discussion about how my husband noticed my complexion and slimming of my arms. My allergies just suddenly vanished, I became regular (wink) and felt so much energy. I didn't think I would last the whole 20 days but I completed it and felt good about my achievement. I was hesitant to do a "detox" being that I love chicken!! The first 2-3 days were difficult but, through prayer and my sisters (whom introduced me to Dherbs) words of encouragement, I completed the cleanse to the end. I lost 10lbs exactly and felt lighter.
