Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse and I am feeling great. There were 2 days where I ate something I should not have, but I kept on with the detox. I did the Full Body Cleanse in the summer. The Full body detox system is great! Taking the pills took some getting used to. I had a headache the first day but for the most part I felt okay. I had quite a bit of mucus coming out. There was a point when I definitely wanted to give up because I was craving chips. I even called the dherbs office and the representative gave me an alternative snack option. That was sweet. The two most noticeable things that happened for me was that my breathing improved and I lost weight (which I didn't want to do since i'm already on the small side). But I'm happy that my sense of smell became sharper. I'd definitely recommend this Full Body Cleanse system to anyone.
