I am a super sugar addict and super caffeine addict. I never thought in a million years I could survive without my coffee first thing in the morning. I am happy to announce I did survive and no one was harmed in the process LOL. It was a good cleanse, very very mild headache the first two days. Best sleep in my LIFE. I was waking up before my alarm and even after completing the cleanse over a week after and I still wake up early, no coffee, no bread, no rice, no pasta hardly any dairy. Definitely would recommend. *

Other than trying to figure out how to navigate the web page to write my review, I must say, the cleanse is a natural way to renew, reboot and reset the body. As a very active senior, and long time vegetarian, after about three days of cleansing, the morning stiffness and joint pain literally disappeared. By the third day, my body felt renewed, energized. By the seventh day, my digestive system was rebooted to function more normally and completely. And, by the fifteenth day, I was ready to reset and continue to live my best life, four to five rounds of golf every week. I'm a golf addict, hahaha. I recommended this program to my golfer friends and three out four enjoyed the benefits of the cleanse. I have decided that I shall cleanse at least twice yearly in my future years. The benefits are worthy of the minor sacrifices that the program requires. When I told my friends this "you change your oil in your vehicle to keep it running properly, why not give your body an "oil change" meaning cleanse, to keep it running properly too?" Your body is definitely more valuable than your car. My friends were glad they did the cleanse and so am I. I would recommend this cleanse and other products to any of my friends and family who want to help their body do its best work. *

This is the best cleanse out there - as long as you do the full body cleanse exactly as you are supposed to. The first time I did it, I was not successful. It was the liquid version they used to have, where you were meant to put drops in water - I didn't like that. I tried the capsules this second time and I loved it. I lost weight and my body feels and looks great! *
