When I started the FBC I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. My husband who is a Pescatarian did a cleanse his way with me for the first 2 weeks as my support group. Well all I can say is after the second day of the FBC I felt a difference. The full body cleanse was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I did follow the diet but did not exercise so I only lost 9 pounds. But after the 20 days was over, I felt lighter and energized. I will continue with my vegan diet and do the weight lost cleanse this time with exercise. I was also able to sleep better on the cleanse. At 55 yrs old I felt great my daughter looked at me two days after the cleanse and said you are glowing I hadn't heard that in years.
