I recommend this to anyone that would like to do a cleanse. This makes you feel much lighter. The only thing is you have to take so many pills for the day - 30 pills is a lot of pills to be taking every day - if you can cut it down this would be 5 stars - This has really helped me go to the bathroom regularly and I don't feel constipated and bloated. I don't feel for sweets and other types of foods I normally would eat. *
