This product works wonderfully. I have tried many cleanses and Full Body Cleanse does not cause stomach cramping. The product comes with step-by-step instructions, so you can't go wrong. The only thing I have a problem with is the charcoal pack. It is not very tasty, but it is charcoal. I have not had any bad reactions from this program and will continue taking it to cleanse my body. Overall, I really like this product, and it works very well for me and my schedule. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! I lost 10 lbs and it gave me a lot of energy. At first it seemed like a lot of pills but you get used to it. I felt healthier taking these herbs. I was really concerned about taking so many capsules, but from the first day, I felt energized. The capsules aren't huge, and their encasing made them easy to swallow. I never had any nausea, cramping, or anything from the capsules.
