I went on the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen in hopes of alleviating the sluggishness I had been experiencing due to gaining about 15 lbs. On this cleanse it was important to me to rid my system of toxins and to loose about 10 lbs. which I was able to achieve. I feel lighter and want to maintain this weight loss. I will be buying the full body cleanse next. When I make unhealthy choices of food I don't see the results of weight loss, even if I exercised. I was pleased to see results of weight loss with this cleanse. I also added the use of a steam room and/or sauna to release even more toxins in my body.
