The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was an excellent Cleanse for me. Only exception is that I am not a pill taker and it is several pills you have to take for the full effect of the cleanse. But I lost 8 pounds and started to set another after the cleanse. I started drinking my daily doze of water, eating "clean" foods and I did daily prep for my meals for my work days. I even started back walking for at least 30 minutes. *

I have been using the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen for some time now and it always works for me when I need to eliminate stubborn waste. This last time I lost 15 pounds in one week. My goal is to lose a total of 30 pounds by the summer. Dherb helps not only to lose unwanted waste but it also brightens up my skin and my nails grow when I use it. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen really is what it’s proclaimed to be. I lost 11 pounds in the first 4 days and I felt so light. It was a challenge in the beginning, but felt really good after a couple days. Once I got the times and routine of taking 35 pills a day it was good. I lost about 10 pounds and felt great. I did not incorporate exercise into this program, and I should have, as I only lost 7lbs. I do recommend these products and advise following the plan closely for maximum results. *
