Great Product as usual! While following the weight release cleanse, I had lots of energy. I followed the raw vegan food diet as recommended and I lost 10 pounds. After the cleanse I felt great afterwards. Very happy with my results once again. I highly recommend the weight release cleanse and regimen. *

I gave 4 stars because I was not happy about the capsules. The regimen was not difficult and I lost 24 pounds in 20 days. I did go to the bathroom in the morning and at night. I want to do it again but cannot afford it. *

The product it self is great. The only thing is if your not a Vegan or wish to become one the weight comes right back. I lost more inches than weight. Which was great. Because I followed the diet very well. But once done, I continued my veggie an fruits. I eat very little white foods. I don't eat after 7, I don't drink sugar, I don't use sugar added to anything I eat. But the weight is slowly creeping back. I do exercise 3 days a week. One must be ready for that Vegan lifestyle change. To get the best result. *

I felt great and also lost weight. I would consider doing this again, now that I know what to expect, but for only 10 days with a log of raw recipes that appeal to me. *

While I personally released more weight and achieved better hunger/craving control using the 20 Full Body Cleanse, I did release 15 lbs on the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. However, there's something in the Weight Release Formula that made my nails grow like crazy! During the cleanse I had to maintain my fingernails weekly. They were long and strong! *

Love the energy. I love How lite I feel in my body. My skin feels so much better and the results were fast. Making me feel positive within myself. My digestive system is so much healthier too. All in all, it was a positive product. Loved it. *
