I started my weight loss journey Jan 7th, own my own I loss 22lbs of my 50lbs goal within the first month. Then I reached a plateau the very next month and started to gain weight again leaving me at a 15lbs weight loss. So I ordered this cleanse. I have used this product twice. First My husband and I did it together. He lost 11-lbs. in 9 days as we cheated on the 10th day. Both of us felt wonderful and had no desire to go back and eat the regular way for quite a while. Personally - My dr got a ring size seat in front of me (thought I was in trouble)- she asked what had I done differently advising my levels were BETTER THAN EVER and she had been treating me for years with prescriptions. I'm a believer it works. 2nd time I lost 11 lbs. in 9 days. This stuff is great. It works would recommend to anyone. Think I will go ahead and do another 10 days cleanse. *

The 10 Day full body cleanse express is a good follow up. I was doing really good by not eating junk food and meat and I fell off the wagon. I did not fall off because I had cravings it was more mental. I implemented the full body cleanse express to continue on my healthy journey because it felt good to not feel heavy and bloated. The express cleanse allowed me to continue to help me decrease my cravings, sleep well, I received so many compliments on my skin, I have limited the intake of meat, and I was full of energy. I would definitely recommend the express cleanse again. I have completed two 10 day cleanses and one 20 day cleanse in the last 6 months. Upon completion I felt like a new person...literally! The weight I lost was just an added perk, the best benefit has been the assistance with my lifestyle change which is what I've struggled with for years....I will definitely be using again ASAP. *

So today is day 12 of 10 days dherbs cleanse. After 10 days I lost 6 pounds; 2 days later I am keeping (mostly) raw now and still seeing a reduction on my weight and waist. The products were not harsh, I was only using the bathroom slightly more than my usual. The program was easy to follow. Some users said they did not like taking 5 pills but they were gentle to take. I think the structure of the suggested program helped me to stay on track and I am happy with my results. *

So far so good! Results are better than I expected. I am combining this cleanse with a workout regime as well. I must say I was really apprehensive to expect any results or change at all, but I have been pleased! In the mornings I drink a fruit/veg smoothie, snack on raw almonds and then at lunch time I eat a pretty nice size salad. My snack again consists of either fruit or raw nuts and then at dinner time a small salad. I love the drink tea anyway, to so have the detox tea available to drink in the mornings and evening is a great treat for me! *

My stomach and mid area show a big difference. I enjoyed the tea. When you make up your mind this is LIFE style changing. Stick with the right foods and the program. I found the superfood salad good. Next time I will learn more variety of food and make better choices. *
