I did the 10 day cleanse and was very pleased with the cleanse. I thought I would need to stay close to home but that was not the case. This cleanse is easy to follow. I had no pains, headaches, being lethargic or other side effects people generally experience with a cleanse. I had a lot of energy and never felt tired or irritable. This product is amazing. I did not believe the reviews at first but now I can truthfully submit this review to say it really works. I lost 8 pounds in 10 days. The first two days were tough but then I guess my body had to adjusted to the change. My energy level and the overall feel of my body was something to desire every single day. Yes it did wonders I lost 14 lb. So thankful! I then started a colonic cleanse. I was told I still needed to get mucus out of my colon from a lot of waste. Really made me feel a hundred percent better. *
