The Full Body Cleanse is an excellent product... Before taking the Full Body Cleanse I was experiencing full body pain mainly in my joints. I had a very positive experience with the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 15 lbs, I felt more energetic - ready to go. The hardest part was getting used to eating raw vegetables, I am not used to eating that much vegetables. But I have no regrets and will definately use the Full Body Cleanse again. My whole family did the 3 week Full Body Cleanse (2 weeks for the children) after the 4th of July. It was an agonizing process. However, I think we all learned a lot. My children learned self control and discipline. My son especially was an inspiration. He was the strongest of us all. I lost 5 pounds,( I did cheat a bit). And I've kept those 5 pounds off. I plan to do another week or so with my left over herbs. My husband didn't complete the detox this year or last, so I have some extra's. Mainly I can tell the effect of different food in my body.
