Reviews: Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen

I used the Weight Release Cleanse a few weeks after completing the Full Body Cleanse. While I lost weight on the full body cleanse, I found that I lost more body fat rather than weight during the weight release, which is still a huge plus. The hardest part of the weight release cleanse was the bowel motion. I workout around 5 in the morning, and there were times I would have to stop and run to the restroom or if I'm driving I'd have to pull over at a gas station. There is NO holding it til you get home with this supplement, so I had plan to be near a bathroom during early morning hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product and would definitely do it again. *

This cleanse (Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen) was very effective. I had 15lbs to lose and it was gone in 2 weeks. Once I adjusted to the diet, the program was a breeze. I am now a vegetarian and plan on doing this program every 6 months to make sure I stay in my size 4. *

I tried to stay as close to the regiment as possible but I didn’t loose as much as I would have liked to. It was really boring eating raw foods this time. I don’t have time to follow making all the different recipes and the salads were just tiring after a while. I’ll still probably do it again in a few months but I really would prefer something different and enjoyable. *

While on the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen, going to sleep became really peaceful, and waking felt like I had slept for a long time. The product gave me a state of calm. I also lost 10 pounds. Im sure I could have lost more but I did eat a couple of thing outside of the manual. I will use this one again soon. While it has taken some time to start and finish the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen but it was well worth it. I am lighter now and I continue to eat healthy so I will stay this way.
