Absolutely works!!! You MUST follow the rules... no shortcuts. Lots of water, no processed food, no sugar and exercise (but don't overdo it, you'll feel lightheaded). I lost 30l bs on the cleanse and stuck with the dietary guidelines and loss some additional weight. Unfortunately... I've been a very naughty girl and have gained back some of the weight. Therefore, I'm going to do it again. *
