While on the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen, going to sleep became really peaceful, and waking felt like I had slept for a long time. The product gave me a state of calm. I also lost 10 pounds. Im sure I could have lost more but I did eat a couple of thing outside of the manual. I will use this one again soon. While it has taken some time to start and finish the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen but it was well worth it. I am lighter now and I continue to eat healthy so I will stay this way. I would recommend the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen to anyone wishing to get a jump start on their weight release goals. This product helps you to gain more of an appetite for the right foods. I surprisingly felt energized and for the most part did not feel hungry or have bad cravings for the wrong foods. The only downfall I'd say about this product is the amount of diuretics which I had to take less of to decrease harsh bowel movements. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse twice. I feel great and now I'm going to try the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. BTW, I have loss 15 lbs and able to maintain my weight. I'm looking for the WRCR to take my weight loss to the next level. *

I completed my Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen and it was great. In March I did the Full Body Cleanse...combined I lost 9 lbs. I was hoping for more weight lost..my energy level was extremely high and I felt terrific. Ms. Brenda was always willing to assist and that made my journey easier. I am enjoying the experience. I thought the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was going to be hard but it is easy. I had energy which motivated to go back to kickboxing. I did the 20 day weight lose cleanse lost 15lbs. Now I am doing the maintenance back to regular food BUT I am making better choices. I am still losing weight. I plan to do another 20 days next week. The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen continued my release process with an additional 2 lbs. weight loss. First, I completed the Full Body Cleanse and then I continued with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. This Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen is ok I dropped 9 pounds off me could have been more but I continued to lift weights on the days I could meaning this product had me going three to four times a day.
