First, I enjoyed this cleanse because I was able to alleviate my stomach bloating. My stomach went down and I no longer feel "it" when I bend over. Secondly, my skin improved, I regained mental clarity, and my face became thinner all because of the raw food diet and the capsules. I loss 14 pounds on this 20 - day cleanse. My main objective was to lose my sugar addiction (to processed foods). I will continue to do the 10 - day cleanse quarterly starting in February. When taking this cleanse package, within about 5-7 days, I notice that I have more energy and more focus. But the best affect I notice in my body is that my hot flashes disappear within 3-5 days. Now, I don't know which formula is causing that, but I am SUPER grateful for it. Toward the end of taking the cleanse package, my skin seems clearer and the bags and dark circles under my eyes dissipated. It does sometimes feel a bit daunting having to take so many capsules throughout the day, but I'm a witness that they WORK! If you're on the fence about purchasing it, just do it. I am so happy that I made the decision to treat my body to this 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. I have done other cleanses, but NOTHING has worked like the FBC. My entire digestive system feels amazing. I am AMAZED at the results from the Full Body Cleanse and I could not wait to share!
