I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse, I did not exercise, but I still saw improvements in my joint pain, I slept better and was not as tired when I woke up in the mornings and I had more energy . I was not hungry and did not crave sweets. I am planning on doing other cleanses from Dherbs. Even if I did not lose weight the fact that I can put my foot on the ground when I wake is a benefit to me, as before the cleanse I was afraid to do so as the pain was unbearable. Now after the cleanse I am able to get out of my bed and put my foot on the ground. *

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product so my finance' and I shared the first cleanse of the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. It was a bit tough in the beginning. To our surprise, by the end of the 20 days, we'd already reordered another 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. We BOTH lost 10-15 pounds each. We looked better, felt better and ended up changing our eating habits. Any product that can produce these results is great .Definitely would recommend this product. *

The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse is a great product. I’ve been using it for about a week and I already lost 6 lbs. I can’t wait to finish my 20 day cleanse. It’s also, very beneficial for your body. I started the full body cleanse on October 2, 3023. Today is October 8, 2023 I have lost 10lbs so far. I feel great no jitters, no craving for snacks. When I finish this cleanse I plan on doing the 20 Day Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen. This is a great product and recommend to anyone trying to lose weight. *

It Definitely works . I am 6'2, I went from 360 pounds to 280 pounds after using 20 day FBC twice . I had a lot of energy to go to the gym and do 30 mins to 40 mins cardio.
