I was a little worried in the beginning. I didn't think I saw change and was going to give up. I just finished my 3 week Full Body Cleanse. I went to a doctors appointment yesterday and he informed me that I had lost 11 lbs. Not only have I lost the pounds. I have Lupus so not only did this work for my weight, but I see a change in my skin as well. My outlook on life in general seems a lot better than before. I feel happier and more at peace. I will reorder in six months when its time to detox again. *
