I started the Dherbs 20 Day Full Body Cleanse in October and the herbs started working immediately. I noticed that when I took the Blood and Lymphatic capsules, I started to urinate a lot which was a great thing because all of the excess fluid that was around my ankles went away and when I took the Kidney, Bladder and Adrenals capsules, I released a lot of impurities (if you know what I mean) lol and I felt great! I lost 13 pounds in 10 days! I have never been an early bird but after day 3 of taking the herbs, I would wake up at 5am without an alarm, writing my goals for the day. Wow! I literally had no energy and within 4 days of this cleanse I felt the difference. I am going to do this cleanse at least twice a year. My weight loss was mainly inches, although I lost 10 lbs. My clothes are fitting much looser. But the benefits health wise has been the big benefit!!! It really is all about the gut. I am closing in on my final days and I am quite satisfied.
