I finished my detox Sunday. I will start off saying this was a VERY hard diet. I did lose 11 pounds and I am MUCH slimmer. I didn't have a lot of energy like everyone said, but I look great! I craved "regular" food while doing this detox but I didn't cheat. I never ate a lot of junk food or fast food, but I craved meat while doing this diet. This is definitely a hard detox and you have to stay focused and read positive information while doing it. The hardest part is I have a family and I had to cook for them and smelling the food was hard. Also when I tried to work out, I felt like I was going to pass out so I stopped.
