I remembered hearing about Dherbs YEARS ago and I just thought it was a gimmick. I finally decided to try it after my weight went up and down. I’m glad i did. I lost 17 lbs on this cleanse! I would say, read the booklet and follow the directions to the best of your ability. I really enjoyed it and I plan to keep up with it. *

My intentions were to try this product to cleanse my organs, especially my pancreas because I am diabetic. I figured if I could give my pancreas a jumpstart, it would help my body process sugars and carbs better. I must say, I'm really pleased with the outcome. I have to test my glucose levels twice daily and my numbers have been remarkable! My A1C has gone down from 13.9 to 7.2. I feel good from the inside out. I'm able to walk more because I have more energy now. My doctor says to keep doing what I'm doing! I have been telling everyone to try this! Full body cleanse formula is an amazing product, it has caused my BP to lower and I have so much energy. With exercising 3x a wk and raw diet I went from 220 to 189 I feel amazing! The biggest thing is structure, dedication and meal planning. This is a great product and I’ve completed the 20 day twice. I lost 23lbs the first and 19lbs the second time. I will say I worked out 3-4 times a week as well. It was a very noticeable weight loss. Meal prep and searching for recipes should be done prior to starting this process as it will make things so much smoother and less likely to eat some of the same things over and over which I can see how some people fail to meet the goal they wanted. I can say I achieved more energy, less pains associated with previous injuries. Im 44 at the moment and feel this is a need for ones wishing to add benefit to their life/health.
