I was reading on and off about the Full Body Cleanse and finally bit the bullet. I already was conscious of the diet and the transition was very easy. I found some delicious raw recipes from the FBC companion and I still apply to them after the FBC. My energy levels are amazing I'm mostly alert and vibrant and I my skin complexion has lightened up a bit. I'm going to try another kit soon. I recommended this gift 5 thumbs up! *

I did the Full Body Cleanse in March of this year. I had plenty of energy, I lost that flim cough that comes from the mucus in my body from all of my bad habits. After listening to Alfredas on the Russ Parr morning show, I thought this might be a good thing to try. I listened to her blog for 2 weeks, went online & read ALL of the reviews. Ordered the Full Body Cleanse and started while on vacation on 5/27. I thought it was gong to be a huge challenge and that I would be hungry, NOT! I had more energy, my skin looks great, no more headaches and I've lost 15 pounds and 4 inches, and completed my 3 weeks on 6/17 feeling the best I've felt in a long time.
