I have been doing the weight release cleanse and although I find all the dherbs products that I have tried to be excellent, the bowel motion product has consistently helped alleviate gas pains and excess bloating. It has allowed me to feel really good at night and to get a good night's sleep. *

Bowel Motion really does what it says it's for. I only take it once a day and it helps me move my bowels during the day. My bowels move naturally without the pain laxatives would give you.
