The Full Body Cleanse worked well in reducing body weight and pain and swelling in my knees which affected me for 2 years. I noticed an improvement in my nails and my skin. I have more energy during my hectic daily routine in NY City. My coworkers have noticed the change in me and after I told them about the product they are planning to purchase it. This full body Detox was awesome. I felt really good and energetic. I found different raw fruits and vegetables recipes online in which ended my monotony of just salads. Because I was not consuming any meat I did not think I would have the energy to exercise, but I was more energetic and was in the gym 4 to 5 times a week.
