I've used the Full Body Cleanse twice and both times it did what it said it would do. The first time I lost approximately 15 pounds and the second time I lost about 12 pounds. During the 21 days of my cleanse I didn't crave sugar as I usually do, the salt cravings went away as well. I am getting ready to order my third 20 Day Full Body Cleanse because it actually does me a whole lot of good. Drinking water sometimes is a challenge but I see myself consuming as much water than the recommended daily amount. I would recommend this cleanse to anyone that is looking to lose weight and to get their blood pressure or cholesterol under control or down a few numbers. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is a good cleanse. I will say it takes discipline to be completely raw for 20 days. I will also say 30 supplements a day can seem a bit much especially if you don’t like taking pills etc. I lost 21 lbs while on the cleanse that’s why I give it 4 stars. I just wasn’t a fan of taking 30 supplements a day. Other than that really good product. *

It gets a little hard around day 8 but, if you stick with it, it will be the best thing you will do! *

As I progressed, my energy levels increased, and I found myself going to the gym more often. My cravings slowly eased, and by the end, I noticed a significant change—my sweet tooth had reset. I needed and wanted less sugar in my food, and some of the foods I used to enjoy now tasted overly sweet. Just a bite or two was enough to satisfy me. Most importantly, my A1C levels went down, which is amazing! *

Very helpful product!!! Over the past few years I've struggled with acid reflux issues and this product has really helped. I've tried the Full Body Cleanse which changed my life. In addition, I've struggled with my weight and utilizing this product was great, I lost about 25lbs. I would say the recipes are great choices they were easy to make and really helped with the process. I'll definitely try the product again *
