The full body cleanse is clearly doing something. I have to be honest I haven't been doing my part with the diet as I should, but I plan to do better the next 2 weeks on the cleanse. I am a little late with my review. My husband suggested we do a full body cleanse. Before doing the cleanse I was having problems going to the bathroom regularly. After the full body cleanse, I now have no trouble at all! It really works and gives you a lot of energy. My husband lost about 25lbs and I lost 15lbs. We are now going to do the Weight Release Cleanse. Will keep you posted on the outcome of that. *

The full body cleanse was easier than I expected due in great part to the instruction booklet. It was a common sense approach to how to tackle the cleanse which I appreciate. I lost 10 pounds on the cleanse but most importantly I felt great. It has changed the way I view food in general. *

I am on the last week of the Full Body Cleanse and I want to try it again. Before I comment on the product. I did not follow it the way I was supposed to during the first two weeks.
