It worked! I lost 12lbs. Sure I would have liked to have lost more, but overall I was pleased with the results. It's day 5 on the full body detox and I have lost 3 lbs. My daughter is doing as well. She has decided to wait until she's done with the cleanse to weigh. I do feel it's working. On day 1, I was awaken from my sleep around 4 AM sick to my stomach. I vomit once then I felt better within 10-15 minutes. I haven't had any major illness since only that I was fatigue on day 2. Overall, I do feel great. Perhaps, this will be a little graphic, I love the BM's that I am having. It's wonderful having regular BM's. I am hoping to continue on this healthy path of eating.
